SCCS offers a dynamic and interactive programme of talks, workshops and poster sessions, and enables students to network with a wide variety of disciplines and organisations in the Cambridge area (including universities, government and NGOs). In addition to the Cambridge conference, there are now sister conferences in Bengaluru, Europe and New York Who Can Attend? The conference is designed for young conservation researchers from biological, environmental and geography departments of universities as well as conservation and resource management agencies. Talks and Posters Talks and Posters presented by student delegates are a dynamic ingredient of SCCS, giving countless opportunities to share knowledge and ideas. Workshops and Networking As well as attending presentations, conference delegates can take part in workshops, which cover skills such as paper-writing, fund-raising, social science tools, and much more. Bursaries The conference bursary scheme helps with the costs of getting to the conference. Successful applicants will receive full or partial travel cost support, as well as free accommodation and registration at the conference.
