Deadline for those offered a talk to accept
28 November 2025Deadline for successful applicants to register and pay the conference fee
15 December 2025Round 2 opens for attend-only places
January 2025If you require a visa to enter the UK you should submit your application now
16 January 2026Round 2 closes at 23:59 (GMT)
Last week of January 2026Round 2 applicants will be informed of the outcome of their application
13 February 2026Deadline for those offered a 2nd Round place to register and pay the conference fee
13 February 2026Refunds for accommodation bookings at St Catharine’s cannot be made after this date
1 March 2026Registration for online attendance opens
30 March 2026Delegates giving talks arrive on Monday to test their presentations in the Zoology Main Lecture Theatre
31 March 2026Conference opens
2 April 2026Prizes are awarded and conference closes
